Return & Shipping Policy
You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase as long as they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase . To initiate a return, contact our customer support with your order number and reason. Once authorized, send back the item at your cost—shipping fees are non‑refundable . After inspection, approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Exchanges for the same product are possible if stock permits—contact support to arrange one 

Shipping Terms
Domestic orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) and shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by method and location (standard: 2–3 days; overnight: 1 day; international: typically 5–7 business days) 
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Clean Carts is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments—you must contact the carrier to file a claim and retain packaging and damaged goods
